Each bride is unique, and their flowers should be as well. We will sit down with you to go through every item that you need or envision, your colour scheme and your overall vibe. Feel free to come alone, with a buddy, or bring the whole posse. Bring some inspiration pictures, fabric swatches if you have them, an open mind, and a clear idea of your budget. It’s important to us that our brides have a realistic expectation of what their budget will provide in terms of local luxury flowers and premiere designer costs. At 3B’s, we only use the highest quality of flowers, and we want to make sure you are not disappointed by American pricing websites, Pinterest promotions or national flower clearinghouses.
We recommend florals be one of the first items that you consider when making your budget, but one of the last items on your wedding checklist to finalize; last but not least. It is helpful to have a reference of the bride’s dress, the colours of the bridal party attire, the venue and locations prior to dreaming up the perfect floral fantasy. Within two weeks of your consultation, you will receive a detailed breakdown of what we discussed, as well as pricing. We are always open to pare down a quote, or add things on if you are hit with some extra inspiration (or maybe you forgot about a special guest or two).
Because of the personalized nature of our work, we currently don’t offer preset bridal packages, but many brides have requested that we post some example price ranges for planning purposes. Please do not consider these to be limitations because we work with couples with budgets ranging from hundreds of dollars to tens of thousands. We truly just want to help you realize the best version of your vision within your own budget constraints.

We require a 25% refundable deposit to reserve your date. This is entirely refundable up until 4 weeks prior to the event. It is then that we begin to order the flowers and require confirmation, and at that time your deposit becomes non-refundable. In most cases, the payment for larger orders is required in full at least 1 week prior to delivery, but for smaller orders payment can be made a day or two prior to delivery or pickup.
In rare cases, we might need to substitute flowers to fit your overall vision. Since florals are a fresh product, they are perishable and on very rare occasions quality issues might arise. If this occurs, let us know immediately and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the situation promptly. Never be afraid to reach out should you need to make a change to your wedding order. We are always happy to accommodate new ideas, or forgotten guests.
