Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the world. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.

Delivery Policy

A phone number is required for the recipient of every delivery, as we do call ahead to arrange delivery and confirm the address. A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. Outside of Stony Plain & Spruce Grove, delivery fees are based on driving distance, and increase in increments of $2.50 per 5km. We will do our absolute best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. This is especially true during peak seasons and extreme weather. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays as we are not open. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. We charge a wire fee of $10 per order to send flowers on your behalf.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This policy applies to non-perishable items, such as plushes, containers, & giftware.

Perishable items such as flowers cannot be returned, however we do offer a 48 hour guarantee on our flowers and floral arrangements. Should you have a quality issue, we kindly ask that you bring the flowers back into the shop so we can replace them.
